Safety During Anesthesia
Our knowledgable, well-trained team at Rockhill Pet Clinic uses advanced
equipment to provide a higher level of medical care than most pet clinics
choose to offer. We provide an exceptional level of safety for surgeries,
periodontal therapy, and other anesthetic procedures. Before each procedure pre-anesthetic blood work is performed to detect pre-existing liver and kidney disease, abnormalities in the pet's glucose levels, proteins, and blood clotting time. Pre-anesthetic EKG is also performed to detect pre-existing heart disease. During an anesthetic procedure, the pet's blood pressure, heart rate,oxygen saturation rate, and body temperature are monitored continuously by a highly trained technician using electronic equipment.

Grooming Services
We offer a variety of professional grooming services at our clinic:
Luxury Bath: includes toenail trimming, ear cleaning, and a thorough brush-out
Haircut: includes bath, toenail trimming, ear cleaning, and a brush-out
Shedding Treatment: added to the Luxury Bath, great for many different types of fur
Medicated Bath: same as Luxury Bath, but uses special medicated shampoo and technique
Boarding Services
Dogs and cats crave human interaction. We have created a boarding experience at Rockhill that ensures each pet receives plenty of one-on-one bonding time with a loving and intuitive caretaker.
Dogs enjoy 4 walks a day to exercise their bodies and their brains. Cats rev up their purr engines for soothing massages and chin scratches. We also offer extra play packages designed for your pet’s special interests (long walks, fetching, cuddling).
All of our pet guests are closely monitored 
during their stay. Our expert medical care team ensures that special needs are met, and that each pet is eating properly, clean, and comfortable. If your dog or cat needs a little extra pampering, our popular “spa” services can be added to their stay.
