  Recent Clinic Events:

  "Thanks to My Pet" 2009

   It is not too late to join in on this year's "foodraiser" for Wayside Waifs, Animal Haven,
   and the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City!  We had a very successful open house
   on Saturday, November 14.  As of the first of December we have raised close to 
   1,400 lbs. of dog and cat food.  Rockhill will continue to
   accept your generous donations through the first part of
   December.

  KC Renaissance Festival 2009

   Rockhill was part of the pet-themed weekend "Wild Kingdom" at Ren Fest this year.  It
   was very cold, but we had a lot of fun making new friends and seeing some pretty
   amazing performances!

  Strutt With Your Mutt 2009
  This was the 19th year for Strutt and our 3rd year at this fun-filled benefit for Wayside 
    Waifs.  As usual we had a great time making new friends, handing out goodies, and
    watching everybody strut their stuff!

  Dog-N-Jog 2009

  Our first time at this fundraiser for the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City was a 
    blast!  Yes it was cool and rainy, but we loved seeing dogs come back feeling calm and 
    satisfied after a good long jog with their owners!

  29th Annual Brookside St. Patrick's Day 
                                                    Warm-Up Parade  

    This was our third year walking in the Brookside parade.  We were so happy to 
    have nice, warm weather!  A number of clients and pets joined us, along with our 
    friends, Debby and Lou, with a horse and carriage.  To see more photos from the

   "Thanks to My Pet" 2008 a HUGE SUCCESS!

     With your help Rockhill's "foodraiser" raised over one TON of food for in need dogs 
     and cats in Kansas City!  We had an amazing time on Saturday, November 22, visiting 
     with friends, making new friends, giving tours of our facility, and taking lots of sweet 
     pet portraits!  

     Recently, our awareness has been raised of need for donations to area human food 
     banks.  Our efforts with "Thanks to My Pet" spread that spirit of giving out to
     our animal companions.  We should all remember what a major contribution our local
     animal shelters provide to the community, and be thankful for their compassionate 
     care of those dogs and cats not fortunate enough to have a loving family at this time.
